The Dunluce B&B is the perfect complement after three nights in a DOC hut. Hannah made us feel so at home and was the perfect host. Delicious breakfast and super comfortable room. The spa bath was perfect after the Milford Sound tramp. Stunning views across the water to the mountains. A very peaceful retreat that ensured our first visit to Te Anau was memorable.

Room tip: Worth upgrading to the room with a spa bath.

My husband and I stayed at Dunluce for two, non consecutive nights - went on an overnight cruise of the Doubtful Sound in between - and we cannot wait to come back. The property is gorgeous and our room was decorated with an appealing NZ flair, as is the entire b&b... and super clean! Each room has a private patio with lavender flowers and views of the lake. Breakfast is served to your liking and Hannah, the hostess, could not be more welcoming with great ideas for the area.
Highly recommend Dunluce!

What a great find, a beautiful BnB, with warm, spacious and immaculate rooms. Lovely outlook over farmland, lakes and mountains from every room. Bed was super comfy with awesome pillows.
Hannah, the host, is warm and welcoming and cooks a super breakfast in the common dining area. She has got herself a wonderful establishment and deserves every success.
A must stay place in Te Anau

We briefly stayed at Dunluce for 1 night either side of a 2 night cruise on the Doubtful Sound. Hannah was extremely helpful before we got their by advising us of a restaurant for NY's eve. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities of many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The view across the fields to the lake from the outside area outside of the room was beautiful, as were the grounds. The breakfast was more than expected, as were the treats that Hannah bakes and puts out for guests to eat during the day. All of the rooms were taken on our last night, however I didn't hear any noise throughout and breakfast around the table with everyone was much more inclusive and fun. I wish Hannah all the success with Dunluce as she deserves it.

Room tip: Kepler Deluxe room has a spa bath, is at the end of the building.
