We arrived slightly before check in time to be confronted with a locked gate with no means of contacting reception and they were not answering their phones. No sign on the gate to reassure us that they were still in business. The gate opened at 2 but no apology or acknowledgement that this was less than acceptable. The facilities are adequate but beware there are lots of rules which if broken could cost you penalty charges.
With a customer focus rather than a rules focus it would be a great place to stay.
