We had a fantastic day out with Dale on his sail boat, everything was spectacular and he really was a grade-A host. Felt like we were all in very good hands from the moment we scrambled aboard.
Thankyou Dale, you're a gentleman and a scholar

A spontaneous idea had us spending a day sailing and motoring with Dale, out in the magical Whitsundays. We were overwhelmed by his sailing experience, the quality and maintenance of his yacht the Amadeus, and did I mention the catering; amazing! You couldn't ask for a better day away from the crowd tours.

My husband and I were in Airlie Beach for our 25th wedding anniversary and going sailing with Dale on the Amadeus was by far the best decision we made.
Relaxing on the yacht Dale made us feel at home. We were fed with beautiful dishes ,and Dale was a friendly, genuine and knowledgeable host.He knew all the spots to go snorkeling which was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this company without hesitation if you want to escape the crowds and do something really special in the Whitsundays.

Dale picked us up at Airlie Beach harbour ready for a day out on the water passing through the Whitsunday's. Appetisers were brought out mid-morning with coffee, which were delicious (hats off the French Chef solely employed for supplying the food on board!). We sailed to Hook Island and explored a sound, where we disembarked for a short walk up to see the permanent exhibition showing off the island's indigenous heritage and cave paintings. Lunch was waiting for us when we got back on board - everything was fantastic and definitely had that Michelin Star feel. After some snorkelling, we sailed round to a very secluded beach that it seemed only Dale knew about - perfect coral sand and crystal clear warm waters. Well well worth the money, can not recommend this enough, and a perfect way to escape the crowds that flock to Whitehaven beach every day.

Our day sailing on Amadeus was by far one of the best things we have ever done! We cannot recommend it highly enough.
We booked to go on the shared trip as they only allow up to 8 passengers onboard however we were the only ones to book that day so we were lucky enough to have the whole experience to ourselves!! (Airlie Beach Day Sailing will still go sailing with only 2 passengers!)
My partner and I are both vegan and Tam and Dale were so accommodating. The French gourmet chef made us an entirely vegan feast for the day which was simply amazing.
Dale let us be as hands on with the sailing as we wanted and was more than happy to share his abundance of sailing knowledge.
It was all very cruisy with Dale letting us decide what we wanted to do for the day. We stopped at a secluded beach away from the crowd's and then stopped at an amazing snorkelling spot with colourful coral and fish.
This was a truly amazing and unforgettable experience and we would definitely do it again!
