Paid $98 for a platter and noticed cut down on quantity. For example, salmon roe sushi used to be filled up with salmon roes. Now the chef used the cucumbers to fill up 2/3 of the space and use salmon roes to fill up the rest of the space. $98 for such quality? So disappointed. It used to be the best sushi restaurant in Sydney. Not anymore.
