My little family stayed in this amazing property! Great facilities excellent location with it Amazing views from the roof top this property has it own private jetty and secure parking. Tripcony quays is perfectly located just leave your car and go everything you need is within walking distance.
Does not have a lift but the climb is well worth it with its spacious rooms and great views from the balcony.

managment team of Jim and Joanne were very welcoming and couldn't ask for any better customer service.

I wouldn't have any issues recommending this amazing property to anyone visiting caloundra area.

We booked for 5 people, including 3 children. Received email confirmation for 5 from Tripcony. Arrived at approx. 5pm to be told that we were too late for bedding for 5th - they only had a limited number of foldaway beds! Offered no alternatives, was quite rude. Not sure what manager expected us to do with 3 children and arriving to stay! Very poor service, would not recommend for people travelling with 5 as you would have no guarantee of receiving a bed :(

This is an older complex but great location right alongside the jetty/coastguard with extra parking usually available for visitors near the boat ramp. There is a private landing out the front which was perfect for fishing & had a shady seated area adjoining it as well as a small sandy beach. Very handy to shops, restaurants, cafes & walking paths, no need to drive anywhere. Rooms were pokey but what you would expect for the price, cleaning could be more thorough as we found what looked to be very old bubble gum under the couch cushion & the bath was scratchy/dirty. Could do with a shower beside the pool, we used the hose instead although may not be meant for that! Stairs were stuffy/smelly & awkward to carry luggage up, no lifts. Pool kept clean & grass well manicured. Overall good value for money.

Room Tip: If you have a lot of luggage stick to the lower floors as the stairs are a killer

We enjoyed our stay at Tripcony Quays, but didn't think it was worth the $300 a night. We have gotten more for our money staying on the Golf coast. The positives were the lovely water front view and the air conditioning.
The negatives were the bathrooms had not been cleaned properly and had a bad odor. The toilet paper had not been replaced so we had to call the managers for some more.
And one of the sofas was falling apart, to the extreme that when you sat on it the vinyl would fall off and stick to you.
Definitely not worth the $300 a night.

We arrived on 26 Dec 2016. Was placed in a two bedroom two bed apartment but booked 2 bedroom 3 bed apartment as we have our two adult sons with us. They immediately changed us to another apartment with the correct configuration. Apartment is clean, well equipped with a fantastic view. We cannot fault the accommodation and I for one, would not mind coming back. There is a fair size, clean swimming pool as well as sufficient BBQ facilities. Every unit have a lock up garage. It is also within walking distance to a number of cafe's and restaurants as well as supermarkets.
