We stayed here for an overnight, the location was fabulous, check in was easy, and the space was large and clean. The management were awesome as well!
The only reason we have given this location a “very good” is because the bed was really uncomfortable and you couldn’t move in it without it squeaking. The heating was fab and very much needed. Would we stay here again, ummmm not sure, only because the bed made our sleep uncomfortable and the noise from it when we moved woke each other up.
The only other negative was the wifi, in the lounge it didn’t work but in the bedroom it did (which we found out late) we had a ground floor so had no phone reception on Optus or Vodafone so the wifi not working in that area was a bit of an issue for us but we quickly embraced the no technology!
Overall it was a great stay thanks management

Whilst not as popular as Apollo bay or Lorne, Port Campbell is a great location to explore the 12 apostles section of the Great Ocean Rd. Especially when you go early to the 12 apostles section ( before the tours from Melbourne arrive ). Seafoam Villas is very well located, just next to the beach and walking distance from Main Street ( where you find the restaurant, ice cream parlours and mini supermarket in town ). It has its own off street parking as well as a fish and chips restaurant just next door.
We had a 2 story apartment, which was perfect for our 5 day stay. Lots of space, decent bedding, kitchen appliances working well + option to do your own washing if need be. It was not cheap, however OK relative to the other options in town ( during the Xmas holidays ).

We have a 2 night stay in the cozy little town, school holidays have ended so the town is fairly quite at the moment. There is a nice beach in a bay directly across the road from the apartments literally a 10 second walk. It’s also has a nice lawn area which is a great place to relax at the end of the day with tables or take your own blanket and watch the sun set over the cliffs above. It’s quite serene around that time with both locals and tourists alike all there watching the night approach, drink in hand. Back to the villas thou, we stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it was super clean, super modern with dishwasher, microwave fridge couch’s smart tv and all the things you need to make tour stay comfortable. It’s a short drive to plenty of iconic Australian sights like 12 apostles etc and not forgetting all the costal and national parks for the avid walkers.... if you want a place to stay in Port Campbell that’s comfortable and walking distance to what the town has to offer then his one is for you.....

Me, my mum and her bestfriend stayed here December 2020, in the hopes of having a good vacation after the pandemic. As I have found this to have good reviews on google and the closest accommodation to the beach, I booked it having good expectations. However this is not what we experienced. Here are the reasons why:

1. The check in time is 2pm, we arrived at about 12noon but found out the reception is closed until 2pm which is ok. When the reception reopened, there was no one at the front desk, no bell to ring and nobody to answer the calls. We waited for 15-20mins waiting for someone to accommodate us so we can check in.

2. The room we got has a bit of a mix up. I booked a two bedroom suite in Agoda and we got one room and a sofa bed. I don’t know if this was a false information with Agoda itself or the motel, either way we can’t get another room as everything was fully booked.

3. The airconditioning in the room absolutely stinks. Very pungent smell (smells like pee), that we had to open the doors to let the stinking air out. The shower doesn’t have any curtain or door so it floods the whole bathroom. No toilet bin, the toiletries + towel set are only for two people. We tried ringing the reception and then again, no avail.

4. The wifi is non existent. You can’t log in. And if you’re lucky enough to do so, there’s absolutely no signal and internet connection. We ended up using our phone data althroughout our stay.

5. Very tight and cramped parking space.

The good side:

1. Close to the beach
2. Bay view (if you chose to book the rooms with a view)
3. Extra blankets and pillows
4. Clean room
5. Walk to town centre (shopping, cafes and restaurants)

Overall experience:

For the price of the room, I would rather find somewhere else to stay next time. Definitely lacking in customer service. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. Sad to say we are extremely disappointed. Too expensive for what it really offers. We’ll not stay here again.

We had a couple of days we were upgraded due to overbooking so very lucky. Very comfortable, clean and girls very friendly. Everything you needed in the rooms. Walking distance to lovely cafes, pier and groceries. It is quite expensive but if you want to spoil yourself it is worth it. We were upstairs 2bd with sea views. Room 13. Lounge seen better days could do with renewing for the asking price. Probably a one of for us only because of price nothing to do with lovely atmosphere and accommodation.
