Very welcoming owners who were full of local knowledge they were happy to share. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were initially dissapointed with the lack of cooking options until we saw the outdoor kitchen area which is awesome. Also worth mentioning is the shower, so good! Highly recommend this place.

Just spent 1 night here on our 2 night journey along the Great Ocean Road. Nice venue with a clean room and comfortable bed. The weather was a bit chilly for us to use the pool, but right next to it was a communal covered bbq area. I think we were fortunate that our neighbours for the night were quiet, as their sound did carry early in the evening. Great location, easy walking distance back to the centre of town.

A short walk from the centre of Port Campbell, this accommodation is a pleasant surprise. Proprietors Paul and Jenny make one feel welcome on arrival. Tastefully and recently renovated rooms are well-presented and spotlessly clean. Our queen-size bed was comfortable and a good night's sleep was enjoyed over 2 nights. For a plesant night's kip in a quiet location, one would be hard-pressed to find better value than the Port Campbell Motor Inn.

Room tip: All rooms except one are on ground level, most with 3-step access outside the room entrace. Car parking is directly opposite all rooms.

Booked a double/queen room, lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights and really appreciated the amenities they offered, despite not having a kitchenette they still provided dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, chux wipe etc. which meant we could utilise the microwave and have meals in our room. There was a pool and a BBQ for use. Nice and quiet location just a stone's throw from the main town, an easy few minutes walk. Shower was strong and plenty of hot water, electric blanket and plenty of bedding. Self laundry facilities were super handy (washer and dryer) bring coins for the machine ($4). Car park right outside room. Wi-Fi was intermittent inside the room but so was phone service (so not the fault of the accomodation), not uncommon in these types of areas! The owners were so kind to even lend me a screwdriver to fix my glasses! Nothing was too much hassle. Definitely recommend staying here.

Spent one night here on a cold weekend. The room was ok - clean and servicable but the aircon was not keeping up, it was cold. The location however was perfect. Directly across the road from a lovely beach, a short stroll to all the eateries yet at the quiet end of town. We had a free parking space and walked everywhere. We would return when it is warmer.

Room tip: Ask for a room with views of the beach

Hi,
Thanks for taking your time writing a review but I hate to tell you , your review was for another motel not Port Campbell Motor Inn.
We are not situated across the road from the beach .We are situated next to the Port Campbell national Park on the edge of town.
I am pleased you enjoyed our little town and you will have to come back and walk over the new swing Bridge that has only been opened since you left
