We were a party of five ladies all related, all married just wanting some chill out girlie time, what a fab holiday sun, spot on meals spot on, entertainment A1* Danny the young entertainment chap was spot on fluent in many languages, made us all feel at home took the time to get to know holiday makers what ever nationality... Only draw back was snack meals could have been more variety, but dont let that put you off, just a brill hotel, and staff so friendly,, defo go again.

Room Tip: Ask for sea or pool view only

The hotel has good children's club to keep busy tots busy while adults are entertained after dinner.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Nice chamber maid Eleni , she was always eager to assist beyond her call of duty.
The indoor pool water was always so cold.
The lifts were faulty , doors closing faster than usual as well as going to another floor before it reaches your destination.
Food lacked variety but was good.

Room Tip: Call the hotel to check about room preference?

Had a really great time at this hotel, No issue was too much of a problem. Reception was very friendly and helpful (not always the case in CY), food plentiful, and the hotel was SPOTLESS. definite 5 out of 5

First time to Ayia Napa, been on many holidays but this is the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in by far, rooms good size & very clean, staff great fun made us feel very welcome particularly Danny  & the cleaning ladies. The hotel is in great location as it’s not isolated but not too far to the center either & has lovely child friendly beach just across the road. Room cleaned daily to high standard, good sized veranda with great sea & pool views. We originally paid for half board but upgraded to all inclusive which is worth doing as you would pay a lot more having to go out to buy food & drinks every day.

Overall great place to stay, definitely going back! :D

Atrocious Service from some personel (like dropping cutlery over you and joking an apology) and cold rooms (dont bother asking for them to turn heating on if you go out of season - they won't so just take jumpers) - pity as otherwise there were some very attentive staff like Andrian. Even the pay extra sea view rooms can have quite a slab of concrete to look at before your eyes get to the sea. Good pool bar area is a positive. Good spacious lobby where there is free wifi. Kettles and cups but no tea/ coffee in room. Bath tubs in rooms but no bath plugs so you cant really take a bath (may be due to water conservation restrictions).
