Bella Napa Bay Hotel

We stayed twice in this hotel(2008 and 2010), both times it was very pleasant stay. Hotel is very nice, rooms are clear with good furniture and personell is very friendly. It was surprise that they recognized what we were visiting them second time:) hotel has a lot of benefits and compliments for second time visitors: first of all we found fruits and wine in the room along with invitation on the especial lunch with other often visitors and hotel management (including GM). we also got a sea view room depsite we paid for side-sea view.
We had a half board and i would say that dinners were very good, there are different cuisine every day (greek, italian, oriental, BBQ evenings etc.)
Honestly, i do not see any minuses at all, probably somebody could find what they serve absolutelly the same food on breakfast every day but we didn't care about it, breakfast was tasy and consisted from a dozen different dishes.

PS: don't forget to feed domestic cats if you stay there :)

I travellled to Ayia Napa with my girlfriend and family for her sisters wedding. We wanted somewhere in Ayia Napa which was close enough to the bars and restaurants but not too close to any noise or busy areas. This hotel was well suited for that, about a 15 minute walk to the main square, the only disadvantage was that the hotel is located up a slight hill which may be an issue for some people, however I wouldnt think its a problem for most. The hotel is officially a 3 star but is located amongst 4 and 5 star hotels. It is ideal for access to the beach which is literally across the road. The beach is great, very clean and not too busy, at least for the time of year we was there.
The hotel staff are very friendly, particularly the cleaning staff who always greeted us with a smile and rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding, however the cleaners do start their rounds fairly early so get the sign on the door if you wanted an extra time in bed one morning!
With regards to the rooms we had a sea view room and the view was very good overlooking the pool area as well. The room furnishings are fairly plain and simple but adequate. The only thing I did not expect to have to pay extra for on arrival was the fridge which cost about 17.5 Euro for the week. The safe also costs extra and is not included with the price of the room.
There seems to be only 2 lifts in the hotel which were used by almost everyone which meant you could spent a number of minutes waiting for the lifts, we ended up using the stairs sometimes, the lifts are also very small and seem to have a mind of their own, be careful as the doors will close on you if you are not quick enough and you can literally get trapped in the doors!!
We stayed bed and breakfast and found that the breakfast was fairly nice with a good choice to suit most people.
We did not use the pool are much at all as we used the facicities in another hotel which some other members of the party were staying it, the pool is fairly small with a limited amount of sunbeds and umberallas but having said that there did seem to be a number spare when we walked through.
Generally I would recommend this hotel to friends and family if they are staying in Ayia Napa, its a good all round hotel, nothing spectacular but certainly nothing really to complain about either.

The hotel was very quiet and completely filled with germans and russians. we felt like the only english there. The food was ok, not great but a small selection, there was no entertainment any night exept one night where this man was doing a kareoke night and we were the only ones singing and it was a laugh! we went during late july till early august and the heat was honestly unbearable and to make it worse the actual pool was warm so you couldnt cool off apart from the cold indoor pool they had which was great. There was a gym with around 3 pieces of equipment and it was rubbish. the rooms were nice and were cleaned very well. The reason for there being no entertainment was because of the mounds and mounds of nightlife in the town centre. Im 16 and i absolutley loved every moment in the evenings, packed with clubs and pubs, bars and resturants. The music is so loud and banging out you can hear it from a mile away! theres no age limit to get alcohol or for entry in the clubs! which was great news for me and my friend but my parents werent too happy! if clubbing till 6 in the morning sounds like your kinda holiday then go here!
if you love kareoke then make sure you go to tommys bar! it was brilliant so poplular with a great atmosphere, we went there almost every night. i wish i could go back but i need to wait until im 18 as my parents hated the noise clubs etc.!! also make sure you bring lots of euros as the drinks are expensive. Overall it was a brilliant holiday and i want to live there!!!!!!!!
