This restaurant is fab. Theur presentation skills are truly imaginative and you get art kn a plate tbay also tastes wonderful. Lost count of the number of courses. Such a difrrent selection that it enables you to try foods that you would not normally order. Could be a little dofficult for people with specific food requirements but they did enquire about allergies. Onlt critorcism would be that individual dishes are so small. The food was wonderful and given the very small portions one wonders as to whether executive tapas is a better description but this probably undersells what you are getting? Staff were engaging and efficient. Therw are also sugvedted wines to accompany various dishes- not each one otherwise you woild be under the table ! A great dining experience. Top end pricing but a quality exoerience.

We had the Bardal tasting menu consisting of six small starters and eleven dishes, all prepared with incredible quality, creativity and richness in taste. Accompanying wines were superb. The restaurant and service is, in accordance with the food, stylish, but still sufficiently informal that you feel comfortable and in very good company. Dining at Bardal was a truly unique experience.

Michelin star type of restaurant with a 20+ small dishes.Service is very good, interior fine and food good to very good. Some dishes tastes good but You have the feeling that focus has been on presentation. Other dishes both look and tastes very good. Wine pairing is ok, but a few wines were not really that interesting including the wine from Sanlucar and a few wines from northern Spain. Barranco Oscuro tres Uves and Varetuo were fine, the H Acinipo 2009 from F. Schatz good and Bodega Tradition Amontillado of course fantastic. The ice wine type of cider from Asturias was good and the PX 1983 Grand reserva from Albala was very good. I feel that the chef and the whole team of the restaurant are working hard to get a star. Ambition is good but remember that focus always must be on the flavor of good food and wine and that artistic presentation is not wort anything if the food and wines dos not taste good. Stay focused on the quality. If the food and wine is good, customer will come, star or no star.

Had a lovely meal. Each of the 17 courses was stunning and beautifully presented.

Friendly service with good English. We didn't one of the dishes so they kindly substituted from the other menu.

It's not the cheapest but for what you get incredibly good value.

You must go!
