The location was great. Close to beaches, restaurants and close to the airport. Breakfast was very good and the pool was nice. The cocktails and snacks in the evening was a nice touch. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Our family of 5 recently stayed over Christmas week. The Hampton Inn staff were very welcoming and provided us everything we needed. The room and the hotel were always clean and fresh. The pool setup was perfect for us. Lots of choices for breakfast, and great coffee even if you woke up at the last minute. (And this was hard since 3 college teams were staying there.) We would definitely return.
We stayed her 2 nights before our cruise. Our flight arrived at 2 am, but the front desk was open. The room was clean, staff friendly and pool area was great! It was close to a number of stores, we forgot our swim goggles so had to buy some, luckily both a CVS & Walgreens very close as was the beach a 5 minute walk. My only complaint too many kids in the hot tub!

Room is clean and bed comfortable. Poolside bar and grill makes a great hamburger. The rum punches during the social hours were quite tasty! Location was nice short walk to the ocean and was able to walk to many restaurants.
El personal es excelente, buena comida y está cerca de varias playas. Lo único que no me gusta es que la piscina es muy fría. Excellent service, great food and it's close to the beach. The only thing I don't like was the pool temperature, too cold for me.
Although located next to the airport, the rooms are very quiet. It is also convenient to lots of dining options and freeway. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean as were the public areas such as the pool and gym. There are some good restaurants within walking distance and a little shopping too. I felt safe walking around at night and didn't experience anything other than friendly people. I definitely recommend staying at Hampton Inn the next time you're in San Juan, PR. You get five star service at a bargain.
