This hotel has definitely seen better days. Rooms are clean and well proportioned but bathrooms are tired and in need of repairs eg shower fittings broken. Food is poor, roast chicken grossly overcooked and inedible. Coffee (from a machine) cost £2.50. Drinks extortionately priced. Staff miserable. Kettle provided in room and cups but tea/coffee and milk and sugar need to be purchased at Reception. Didnt use the thermal pools but peop!e who did seemed to enjoy the experience. Please note that no lifts available and staff would not assist with carrying luggage.
