This hotel has definitely seen better days. Rooms are clean and well proportioned but bathrooms are tired and in need of repairs eg shower fittings broken. Food is poor, roast chicken grossly overcooked and inedible. Coffee (from a machine) cost £2.50. Drinks extortionately priced. Staff miserable. Kettle provided in room and cups but tea/coffee and milk and sugar need to be purchased at Reception. Didnt use the thermal pools but peop!e who did seemed to enjoy the experience. Please note that no lifts available and staff would not assist with carrying luggage.

Room Tip: insist on ground floor room

I remember enjoying the five star quality of a hot springs hotel located near the Hierapolis antique grave site. Also located nearby is Pamukkale (Cotton Castle) that amazes any new comer. That was about 20-25 years ago when the hotel was brand new...However this time it was a little disappointment, as the hotel has gotten old and the quality of services rendered was not what I expected. I know it is a temporary situation, and with the conditions getting better in the country, the hotel will go back to its good old days. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel for everyone.

Room Tip: Do not have great expectations, yet you can still enjoy it...

Stayed here in December & had one of my best stays. Had a great meal where the staff went out of their way to please and had a great laugh. I recommend the Volcano swim & a great belly dancing experience esp when you make a fool of yourself, but what a cracker of a night. Good and helpful staff. Ps the temperature for Dec was just right and warm for me. Will be going back in October. NB if you do not join in and enjoy youself than you might aswell be a PRUNE.
