We stayed at this hotel during busiest tourist season. It was perfect choice. It is located outside of really, really busy city core. However, metro station is just around corner and you will be in city centre in 15 minutes. In addition hotel has its own parking (included in the price) so one less thing to worry about. Staff was super friendly, rooms clean, entire facility is new, great breakfast. So, what is there not to like? We would definitely stay there again.

We arrived to the hotel to be told that there had been a water incident in Prague 5 and the water had been shut off until the morning. We were a little disappointed by this as we'd have liked showers after a long day, but we understood this wasn't their fault.
The hotel staff did a wonderful job of keeping us well supplied with water bottles and buckets of water to wash with until the morning.
The rooms are bright, clean and spacious. The only downside is the blinds which let quite a bit of light in in the morning. There is wifi in the rooms as well as a tv, electronic safe and a decent sized bathroom.
Location isn't a problem. I had read that the hotel was difficult to find which I disagree with as our taxi driver found it no problem and it's 5 minutes from the metro station. It's 30mins from the airport which is incredibly easy to get to and from using the metro and a bus. To get to the centre of Prague from this hotel, it takes approx 15 minutes on the metro which you'll find just around the corner. Metro tickets that last 30 minutes can be purchased from the hotel, these cost 24Czk (less than a £1). The ticket machines at the station offer tickets for different lengths of time but I'd advise buying a ticket from the hotel if you don't have any coins as the ticket machines don't accept notes.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and answered every question we had. I was amazed to find that even after we finally left our room for the day after a heavy night out, our room had been made which we weren't expecting considering we'd left late in the day.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with brilliant staff, we would definitely return here and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Generally the hotel is OK. WiFi was not working but they provided a Router and it was fixed. Remote control did not work, they provided batteries and it was fixed. Clean overall but our room was a little worn out. Main problem - 2 joined beds instead of one. It turned out in the middle of the night that them move around the room so for 2 persons wanting to sleep together - not very comfy. And the cleaning lady changed towels and did not clean the room. It might be their policy.
Location is nice - 2 minutes walk from the metro. Breakfast - nice but nothing wow. Eggs, Bacon, sausages and cheese/ham etc. Some sweets. I would go there again if there were no other options. But again - it is worth visiting just to be treater t nice and professionaly by staff that is super nice.

Room Tip: Ask for Wi-Fi router. No fridges !. Non smoking hotel. Shop is around the corner till 10.oo PM

We were travelling by car. Hotel was easy to find and I left my car in safe, spacious, parking for the whole two night stay. Metro connection runs right next to hotel and takes you downtown in minutes.

There were no restaurants or shops nearby yet - the surroundings are under development of the new. You might want to stop at Andel station for shopping etc. on your way back to the hotel - as advised by the staff. The staff is very helpful and has enterpreneur attitude to make sure you stay is pleasant.

We had two bedroom room on the top floor - luxury in the price of ordinary. Everything is just nice and fresh. I even went running to the park on the hill nearby. Breakfast gives you nice start for the day in the city.

What can I say... go there when you are in Prague next time. We, as a family, were very pleased to find this place.
