Firstly, this hostel is in a fantastic location; it couldn't have been any better for me. It was easy to find from the metro stop (Malostranska, line A), close to the castle, close to Charles bridge and amongst restaurants, bars and gift shops.
I stayed in room 101 - first floor, room of 6 people. Beds / room was very clean, very comfortable, and there was a lockable / secure draw under the bed. (No lock required; they supply the key). Bathrooms and showers etc were immaculate, very tidy and in good shape. Breakfast was more than adequate (for €5) with a wide range of cereals, breads, fruits etc. There is even an on-site laundry service. On the top floor is a kitchen and outdoor terrace! One of the best hostels I've stayed in; and for €5 a night is unbelievable quality. (As a vegan it is hard to find places to eat abroad; there are 2 vegan restaurants opposite and to the left which were fantastic).
NB: This is how easy it is to get to from the airport: come out of departures and buy your bus ticket from the kiosk next to departures. Buy the 90 minute ticket. Go out the door for bus 119 (straight outside). Get off at stop Nádraží Veleslavín and you are immediately at the metro. Use the same ticket. There is only 1 line here; take the platform in the direction of Skalka. Get off at Malostranska. Leave the station; turn right, and then take the next right onto Malostranska nam. Keep on walking following this road. You will go under a small tram tunnel. Keep straight ahead. You will pass a square; keep on going straight and up the hill (the road name changes to Nerudova) The hostel is on the left with lots of flags above. That's it!
