We stayed for 2 nights in Top Hotel at Prague. It's a huge place with a complicated structure. It was an ordeal to find the room ! The lifts could barely accommodate 2 people with baggage & it took ages to go up / down...
Rooms were large but the carpets smelt musty. The room telephone was out of order. Fridge was minimally working..
The climate was hot but the central air-conditioning was out of order so sleeping was uncomfortable. On day 2 the shower stopped dispensing hot water for bath !!
It was too crowded with tourist groups & clearly beyond management for the hotel staff...
In all a very unsatisfactory experience...More
