We had reserved an apartment with 2 rooms, we were 5 and we fitted very comfortably, the apartment had all we needed for a self catering vacation, it was very clean and with very nice distribution. Also very close to transportation to the heart of the city (10 mins with tram) or about 30 mins walking. We definitely recommend it as a top in relation of value/confort.

Lovely staff, lovely breakfast, lovely apartment, great location close to lots of cafe and a supermarket. Within walking distance of some attractions and very close to the tram line and metro. The apartments are spacious. No english speaking tv channels but not a big problem. The kitchen equipment is basic but serviceable. The street can tend to get a bit noisy, earplugs would have helped. The wifi during our stay was very patchy but not sure if it was only our apartment or a problem in the entire building.

I travelled to this hotel for a weekend with a friend. The room was massive, clean with a large bathroom and lots of space. The gentleman on reception was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole stay and really helpful with directions and getting around. I lost my purse while there and he was very helpful with getting me on to my bank and the police to try and get it sorted. Can't sing his praises enough we were really impressed! The only down sides to the stay was that there was no safe or kettle in the room - although there was a safe at reception, and the hair dryer was not working in our room and they didn't have a replacement :( apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel :)

As a family of 4 with 2 young children, we booked this hotel and was very happy with the big and spacious rooms (2 bedrooms, 2 single beds in each room) and kitchen. The housekeeping is done every couple of days (about 2-3 days). Staff at the hotel is quite friendly and helpful. They gave us maps and directions and answered our queries to their best effort, which we appreciated very much. We had dinner at one of the restaurants opp the hotel, and the food was quite good, serving authentic Czech cuisine. Breakfast was at the restaurant at the basement of the hotel. It served reasonable spread of amercican breakfast like bacon, sausage, ham, bread, croisants, danishes, coffee, tea, milk.

The hotel is less than 5 min walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, for most of our 5day stay, the station was closed and we had to take a tram to the next subway station. Luckily it was consider reasonably near. There is a PAUL bakery at entrance of the street leading to the hotel, and KFC and MacDonalds are also across the junction, so food is not a problem at all. There are banks nearby, but we found the exchange rate rather low. We ended up finding one with reasonable rate at Wenceslas Square area.

Be aware that this hotel caters to large noisy groups, that there are bars across the street, and that people tend to stand on the street, hollering and chanting all night long.

These things are not a problem if you book the 3 bedroom penthouse at the top of the hotel. However, you will have to carry your luggage up the last flight to the penthouse, as the lift does not go to the top.

This is very much a budget hotel - stingy with the fresh towels and toilet paper.

The attached restaurant has a nice outdoor dining area, and the food is tasty.

Room Tip: Penthouse is the most quiet spot, but last flight of stairs must be climbed to get there.
