I stayed here recently as part of a group of 10, for my Stag Do. The hotel is situated fairly centrally, with very easy access to the centre via metro, bus or taxi. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfy. We had two 4 bed rooms and one 3 bed room. The 3 bed room did have the 3rd bed in the living room but that didn't really matter too much. All towels and linen were provided but never got changed during our stay. We stayed 3 nights, so wasn't really an issue for us lads. Prices were very good, not expensive at all. Definitely a good base for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for three nights. A very good hotel with spacious room. The beds were comfortable and the room is clean. Towels are changed on the third day. There is no air condition in the room but the staffs provided portable fans. The front desk is 24 hours. The staffs namely one Miss Camilia and Mr. Sergei are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also nice. This property is very close to Pavlava metro station. The only negative part is when making payment the staff convert the booked amount which was in Euro to Czech currency at a higher rate. Apart from this, I will definitely recommend this property.

We stayed in Room 4 (2nd floor) for four nights over the Easter break. The location is very good: about a 15 minute walk to the main New Town attractions, a metro stop just around the corner and loads of bars and great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has fairly friendly and efficient staff; the rooms are kept clean (although more regular towel change would have been nice) and it has good basic amenities (although more coat hangers in the wardrobe and a mirror in the main living space would have made it better). Our room was very spacious, the bathroom was well-equipped and it was always pleasantly warm. Overall, a good base from which to explore this lovely city. Yes, it's nothing fancy but, for the price we paid, we were very satisfied.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is ok. Location is ok. Our towels were changed every 3 days. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, mini bar and kettler but not much dishes to prepare some meal. We used booking.com to book a room and price on booking.com derived from price we were charged due to different exchange rate of the hotel bank. That should not be the case. My credit card was used for preauthorization for the full amount of 5 nights and money was returned to my account after 7 days. At the same time we were charged for 2 nights and asked to pay remaining 3 nights despite the fact of already preauthorized amount taken from my account. That is probably done by mistake but returning money should not take 7 days.

Hotel worth the price. Nice clean apartment, microwave, electric kettle and a tiny fridge made my trip a lot easier (tea and yogurt lover). The ladies ( and guys) on the receptions are exceptionally nice and helpful, speaks natively Russian and very fluent English. Breakfasts (in a nice place called Poison) were the same every day, but everyone can find something what he likes.
