It is described as a four star hotel, but it's more like a budget one. The hotel is located in a quiet area, not too close to the chaos of the city center, but not too far away from it, and this is the only positive characteristic it has.
The staff was rude and impolite every time we asked for information and explanations.
Breakfast and dinner are buffet, but the food doesn't taste good, and there is not a great variety of choice.
The wifi is available for free just in the lobby, otherwise you have to pay for it.
The bedroom wasn't very clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

This is a terrible hotel. They don't have internet in the rooms. They have no facilities for bars( chairs, tables- not asking for drinks) until 11 o'clock at night, the rooms are extremly dirty, the reception & waiters totaly unfriendly

It was really good deal for the price we had. Staff was polite, room clean and food for each teaste! Tram station is across the hotel, and it's only 4 station from the centar, but you can also walk to the centar - 30 min. Only remark- extra charge for wifi in the room and parking (only outside, no garage)
