It has taken me quite a while to return to write a review and I should have done it much earlier. In 2013, we returned to Prague and decided to stay with Vlad at Residence Belehradska. We were not interested in staying in Old Town as we had experienced staying there at our previous trip but wanted to make sure we were close to public transportation. We also did not want to be too far away from the tourist sites as there was so much more to see. Residence Belehradska fit the bill perfectly. From the start of our booking Vlad was quick to respond to our reservation and questions. I had to arrive earlier than my husband and Vlad, for a very reasonable fee, picked me up from the airport. The apartment was lovely and clean. The internet was spotty but I believe that is very dependent on the location of the apartment and would not be a reason not to book. The location to public transport was amazing and there was a grocery store less than a block away. We are returning again in 2015 and are looking forward to staying with them again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the A3 type apartment and we loved our stay at the place. The reception lady Katerina took great care of us during our stay there and was very helpful in working out the places to visit and things to do.

The place itself is a walking distance from the nearest tram/bus point "Pod Karlovem" and from there you can easily get connections for any part of the city like the train station, airport, Charlie bridge etc.

The room was spacious for the 3 of us and had a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were clean with hot running water and the facilities you would expect of a good 3* apartment.

The room also had a attic style space with a bed placed there as well - which was a bit of a nice touch to the good old days and we had a nice time climbing up there and snuggling in during our stay :-)

The room rates were very reasonable for the place and the time of the year we stayed there.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the place to my friends and fellow tripadvisor's :-)

We stayed in the A4 apartment. The only downside to this apartment was the lack of a lift, which meant we hiked it up 4 flights of stairs every day. The first time it seemed ridiculous. After that, we loved the apartment so much we didn't really mind the climb.

This apartment is huge. I mean HUGE. Technically there are 2 bedrooms, but there are two more beds in a living room alcove that make it more like 2 1/2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is quite roomy, and while we were there over Christmas we could see people setting off fireworks through the bedroom skylights.

The decor in the apartment is lovely. It has been recently renovated, and it was very well done. The kitchen was very welcoming and we ended up eating in the apartment almost every single night we stayed.

There is more than enough heat, including through the floor. There is a washer, which we made frequent use of, and a patio that we were dying to make use of (but it was really too cold). There are also two toilets, a shower, and a separate bath tub.

The price was more than reasonable - we would have paid more to house our family in an Ibis Budget than we did for this amazing apartment.

It is outside Old Town and the sights, but the walk isn't ridiculous, and it's only about 10 minutes to IP Pavlova metro station. There is a Billa market right around the corner (where about 1/2 the checkers speak English, and where all but one were very, very nice) and the Indian restaurant about 20 meters up the street is delicious.

Most of all, I cannot recommend the customer service of the owners more highly. They were amazingly helpful - allowing us leeway to get our deposit wired in. And when my husband's expensive camera was forgotten in the room, all it took was one phone call and they brought it to the airport themselves immediately.

Did I mention the driver who picked us up? He was SO nice! And he wasn't on time to pick us up - he was early.

Residence Belehradska was at least half the reason we fell in love with Prague.

We stayed here during our short stay in Prague. Our criteria was lots of space and 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. This place was perfect and a good value for our large group. It was a tad far for walking to sites, but the tram was just in front and made it easy, however we never did find the perfect tram schedule. We got lost a few times returning to the apartment. The area is nice, but a rough look in the hood. The owners family of this place are fantastic and beyond helpful.
I would stay again if in need of same situation.

Room Tip: there is no fitness center, but lots of walking available. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Having being stayed two times at this place, one thing i can certainly say is that this is one of the best apartments I have stayed at. The neatest and tidest rooms with fully euiped kitched, a stereo system, dishwasher, microwave etc. Its a little far from the main Wescles Square but it is easily accessible by tram 6,11 and 53 as the tram station is right outside the apartment gate. The owner Vladimir is really helpful in every way possible, be it currency change or guiding throught the city with maps etc etc. He came to pick us up at the airport and even dropped us back for a very reasonable price. The place has a laundry area where laundry can be done at absolutely no extra cost. There is a TESCO super marker right up the street and a very good Indian restaurant next to it called the MASALA. Really felt very nice and warm by the hospitality offered by Vlad and Kathrina.

Room Tip: Choose the room with windows as it gets quite hot in the night .
