Need to know the history then will probably appreciate more, during earlyJune the weather is good. Sunny and cooling, need to find a good angle to take picture.

This can be found at the top of Wenceslas Square near the National Museum. The museum is closed until October.
It is in a nice setting near a McDonalds. This area is quite pleasant and has seating nearby. Quite a few dining places along this street and many good shops.
Work on pavements is being undertaken in the lower half with areas barricaded off,
.

This one of the coolest thing you must see in Prague! Nice place and there many shops, dining places and hotels. Hence, in a word, you have all you need around that place.

Located at one end of Wenceslas Square, this is an imposing statue to the King (Svatý Václav); the patron saint of the Czech Republic. Close by there are some interesting information plaques on local history. Wenceslas Square and the monument are must-sees in Prague, but it's also a very busy area.

Nice early 20th c. statue of an important early Czech ruler, which serves as a landmark (and often a meeting place in Wenceslas Square) for both locals and visitors to Prague. The square has good restaurants and shopping and is a good take-off area from which to visit many of the important historic areas of the city.
