The hotel was good. The beds was really good not overused at all. The only thing I would have wanted was smaller head pillows. But the price was definitely worth it. Good breakfast everything you need but we missed the scrambled eggs but otherwise everything was great!

Enjoyable weekend stay in Prague - would opt for more central & scenic location if I revisited (busy adjacent road). Breakfast & one evening meal were decent. David on reception was diligently helpful & courteous - resolving "issues" I had within our family room - which could potentially have marred our experience.

understaffed hotel...reception guy was confused on the day of check in and made us wait at least 1 and half hours.
Breakfast was good 4/5
Room size was okay but too much noise from window 3/5
no multi plug provided for charging sockets

Room Tip: views from window was good but on noisy road

I stayed here from Monday 5th June until friday 9th, we were a group of 4 females with 2 twin rooms. I was in 409 lovely spacious room and very clean, housekeeping changed towels daily. Fantastic shower pressure although if you were on the larger side its not the biggest of showers for moving around in. Beds were extremely hard but after walking miles all day i still slept like a baby. we were on the main road side so was slightly noisy with window open but still managed to sleep through it all. Breakfast was great massive choice of breads chess hams fruit yoghurts cereals and cakes.few mini markets close by one is lethally a minutes walk with an atm beside it. Roughly a 25 mins walk in to the main town near the bridge but lovely walk down beside the canal. i cannot fault this hotel and will definitely stay again the only thing that let it down if i had to be critical was the staff they were very unsociable and not very helpful at all.
