This is a nice flat in a good position away from the real crowds but with easy access to everywhere. The owner is really helpful and gives good advice about travelling around and what to see.. The kitchen is oddly equipped - two knife sharpeners but no bread knife, for example, and no deep bowls. The towels provided are very small and there are no towels for drying dishes. The sheets on the bed are some sort of stretch nylon - just providing cotton ones, plus better quality pillows would make a big difference to comfort. Also please note that usually single travellers prefer to have the double bed fully made up, not just a single duvet and pillow in the middle of it.
The apartment is on a quiet tree-lined street in a nice and secure building fitted with a modern lift. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos' It is well equipped and clearly newly renovated. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The small balcony is ideal for breakfast or an afternoon coffee.
The location is very good - away from the crowds with several good (and well priced) restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Two metro stations and trams stops are close by. It does take only a few mins to reach Wenceslas Sq - and another 5-10mins to reach to city square and cathedral.
The owners were very helpful in providing good directions and local information.
We had a great stay in the apartment.
