Hey it’s not you St. Martín, it’s me. My last visit to Prague was 25 years ago and I expected the cuisine to go a little more international. It’s still very provincial - which is good but can be tiring after several days. St martins cuisine was intended to be a little more international but I have to say that it still comes down to horseradish and cabbage infused into almost everything. It’s me. Service was great. Decor was a little unusual - it felt like I was eating in a modern kitchen of someone’s apartment but that’s ok. But the food still tasted Czech which makes sense since that’s where it is, but I was hoping for something with a little more detachment from local ingredients. For those who like the local cuisine, st Martin has great service, nice music and a diverse menu.
