They charged me almost 200 Euro a night for a room with a shower with a clogged drain, so I had to stop showering to prevend that the whole bathroom would flood. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. So taking a shower was not possible in this 5 star hotel!!!
Also the toilet was not screwed properly to the floor.

For almost 200 Euro a night in a 5 star hotel, I expect much better!

Great location (200m to railway station). The hotel is lately refurbished. Room was very clean and wide. Great breakfast. Very good for business trip but not only. I will choose it again during my next trip to Tri-City.

A great place to stay in Sopot, with gourmand cuisine!
We came to this hotel earlier on today. Immediately you can feel a personal touch from the Rezydent Hotel team. After a long walk in Sopot we returned to the hotel due to heavy rain and decided to have a dinner onsite. My wife and our two daughters took shrimps from lava stone and I had some chicken meet prepared in the same manner. Before we enjoyed two kinds of soup: fisherman one and vegetable in a bit Indian style. Then we celebrated a great dessert - chocolates fondant, meringue “Pavlova” and caramelized pineapple. Let me skip wine and spirits choices but can ensure about top quality and taste.
You cannot miss this hotel! It is a part of mGallery Accor chain.
Maximum recommendation. Thx
