Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Pollera in October, 2017. Confortable room, good little buffet breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff.
This is an 'old-style' hotel just a few blocks from the main market square. By 'old-style', I mean, it's a vision of what hotels were like in the '50-'60's era. And, it has hosted some very VIP delegations... among them, Pope John Paul II's staff when he visited town.
The breakfast is in the ballroom... still has it's dance floor and stage and a second level box seat... but, hasn't been used for dancing for some years.
Room has the old time double entry doors that open into your place. We enjoyed it immensely... with all the 'whispers' of the past.
Excellent location, good, comfortable room, nicely update bathrooms.More
