Stayed for two nights with my other half, was expecting a normal double room ended up with a family room so a double and a single bed.
weirdly didn't have a double duvet but was given two single one's but we made do as the bed was comfortable enough.
large bathroom and good facilities including tele and bottles of water.
breakfast included which was great, more choice than most hotels I've stayed in.
reception very helpful and asked for an iron and board and they supplied straight away and didn't have to return either which was good.
would definitely stay here again as so close to the centre market square and also right on top of the main train station and tram centre.
Stayed here 4 nights with holiday package. Receptionist Beata immediately made us welcome and booked us in. Really lovely second floor room, so clean and spotless. En-suite sparklingly clean, lashings of hot water. Lift is great if your legs are 'creaky'.
Ate in hotel first night. Three courses including main of pork cheek, just a tenner. Fine dining with excellent attentive service. Breakfast somewhat magnificent. Tables groaning with a sumptuous spread of Polish, French and English together with many things never eaten before. (We ate everything in sight, plus more) Suggest you take your own tea bags if you like English tea as all the many varieties on offer have there own flavours. Nice touch is play area for kids in Breakfast room.
One little moan, duvet cover kept finding it's own space on floor, and not on me, and no tea coffee facility in room. I expect if you asked they would provide this as nothing seemed too much trouble.
Hotel situated ten minutes walk from main Market Square in centre of town and all the attractions. We ate out every night at different places, each different, but all at amazing prices. Reception on hand to book any trips at competitive prices. All in all, staff could not do enough to make your break a fantastic experience. We were really sad to leave and will certainly use hotel again next year now we know our way around.
Remember, most Polish people speak English as a second language but welcome you trying a few words such as please, good morning and thank you.
This hotel is perfect for at short stay in Krakow - close to the gate to the old city, but no too close to the noise. Sleep quality is excellent, but remember to check the bed size before choosing a room, since some rooms have quite small double beds. There is a great variety of foods on the breakfast buffet, but also a little chaos at times because of many guests. But all in all a nice stay with good value for money.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It´s about ten minutes walk from the trainstation and airport trains. Very close to the Old Town. We got a tworoomflat with a small kitchen.
Refrigerator and stove, two bottles with water for free. Two largeTV screens, loads of TVchannels also some Englishspeaking, excellent wifi. Jacuzzibath. Everything was spottless clean and very nice. The staff spoke English and were very serviceminded. Lovely breakfast with all you need and more.
The Hotel Atrium is just a short easy walk (5 minutes) from the Medieval Old Town of Krakow. We arrived early in the morning and so the room wasn't available, however the hotel provided free storage of the luggage and advised us to return at 2pm. Upon our return we were allocated a triple room consisting of two twin beds and one double, private bathroom with shower, safe (no charge) and a small kitchenette with basic items. The room was clean and comfortable. A buffet breakfast was served from 7-10 each morning, mainly continental items. WiFi was free and fast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
