We liked the accommodation well enough, even the "tree house " sleeping area. If you have any mobility issues or don't like winding steep stairs, the cottage with the loft is not for you. We found it a bit of a walk to the city centre and there is limited eateries in the immediate area ..with several rainy days, the location was not optimal for us but the overall facilities are clean and service is excellent .

We stayed in the cottage down from the main complex.
Nice outdoor setting next to the cottage which bad weather meant we didn't use much.
The bathroom was very nice. New shower, whole cottage was new.
Difficult to get up and down narrow stairs. Would not recommend for elderly or very small children.
Bed (upstairs) on floor, took up the whole room.
Was somewhat annoyed when we got our booking dates wrong. Needed to leave a day early from what we booked.
Yes our fault.
But despite the fact we told the property that 5 days in advance and it was heavily booked no refund for the last day possible.
Don't make the same mistake.

We had a great few days in the cottages. We stayed in number 14 and it was amazing. The decor and the views of the mountains from the porch!! The only draw back was the fact that there was no air con and the temperature inside was really unbearable especially at night. Might be an idea to invest in some fans.
It is located very well. Very quiet and close to center. 20 min on foot from Gubalowka and krupowki. Less than 10 min walk to szymoszkowa. There is a little convenience store 2 min away.
Would definitely go back.

Great unique hotel in a quiet place with cosy rooms. Around 15 minutes away from Krupowki street. Some rooms have views over Gubalowka Mountains. Great breakfast even the packed one. It.'s a pity it doesn't have the restaurant anymore.
