My daughter and I arrived after riding our tandem on a rainy hilly ride and we looked more like beggars than diplomats when we arrived at the Ambasada Hotel. The great staff didn’t blink an eye and secured a garage for our tandem.
It borders on being a full out boutique hotel, finely furnished with a large clean room. Wifi was free and worked well. No Eurosport to watch the Veulta, but a minor problem, especially since I was a bit burned out on cycling at the moment.
There was a disco in the basement and some bass did reach up to the 3rd floor. I didn’t have to use the courtesy ear plugs.

I promised my daughter a bit of luxury to reward her great efforts on the bike and the hotel delivered at a great price.

All the hotel is furnished and decorated nearly like a museum. The roooms a stylish and clean. The hotel floors appear - especially in the night - a little spooky with all these statues...
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast good. We certainly will return.

Spent the day shopping for pottery and this hotel was perfect! Great location with secured parking. The staff was extremely helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was super! We had the cheese plate, chicken with blue cheese, pork tenderloin and mushrooms, (half portions) green beans and potatoes, water and a bottle of wineand 4 more glass of wine for 63 euro!
The rooms were clean and Comfortable!
Great place to end the day of shopping!

When we checked in we were reminded that the hotel would probably be quite noisy that weekend, so changed for a room on a highrr floor. We did not even need the ear plugs that were provided by the hotel. The room may not have been as spacious as we hoped, but was more than adequate in size. We found it extremely clean, service was friendly and competent. Breakfast was splendid, and the location was a short walk from the main square downtown. The reception and bar are in an old and interesting part of the building. We were not thrilled with the exterior, buy still more than satisfied. I am sure you will be happy here.
