We were up for the pottery festival and found it hard to get a room . This was recommended. I wasn't so sure, but it turned out to be a super choice. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. The parking is gated and monitored. Paul at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We loved our rooms. We had singles. They were small, but nice and the bath was also modern. There was a TV and we had many channels, like CNN. There is a place to eat and it opened at 2. We ate there two or three times in the severals days we stayed there. It has a very quaint feeling. There are crafts for sale in the lobby, which we did buy. The breakfast was very nice with many selections. We were very close to one of the pottery factories. We walked over one evening. We really enjoyed the hotel. We were safe and well taken care of.

Very nice hotel and very quiet. Restaurant was good, hotel clerks were friendly and helpful. Easy 5 min. walk to pottery festival. Nice amenities in the room. The only downfall is mattress was hard and not so comfortable.

Dear Pamela, thank you for your opinion and involvement.
Hospitality is Our Passion, and your review is very important for us. I'm glad that our home-made cuisine was good and tasty. We offer two types of bed, very comfortable little hard, and soft. We try to fix it next time to book for you room with soft bed. Warmly welcome next time in Bolelawiec and hotel PROTEA***

This is the perfect place to spend a night or two for pottery shopping. Great location, near many of the pottery shops. It is a beautiful hotel and kept very clean. I think it is also a great value. I enjoyed the breakfast offered as well.

Rude stuff, rooms are clean but standard average, no tea/ coffee making facilities which should be provided for the price, no lift but lots of stairs - not worth the money!!!, very poor breakfast (a frankfurter was the only hot option), only one high chair in the restaurant, so we had to hurry up because another family was waiting to use it as well. When I reported to the receptionist that my baby nearly chocked on a knob from brocken night table which probably was already on the floor when we arrived , she said " so...you have to look after your child...instead of complaining " They simply do not understand that brocken equipment is dangerous for guests of any age and do not know how to apologise and showing attitude instead . We stayed only one night for equivalent of €80 and few kilometres away from this strange place, we found a very nice hotel for half of the price. Definitely too expensive for what they offer.

Room Tip: Avoid, especially when looking for family holidays

Dear Mrs. Monicafromlondon, thank you for your involvement and opinion. Each opinion is very important for us. I checked twice the information about our hotel in Booking.com, and I did not find information, that our hotel dispose lift. We have over 500 very good and good opinion about our ECO breakfast buffet, but of course each guest has their own liking and taste -without discussion. Room no.1 is our familly room, is big and comfortable for parents and kids. The furnitures in room are standard and profesional for horeca. I'm sorry that children dismantled some part of the night table, but we can not be responsible for this issues. Regarding the value of room, certainly You can find cheaper one, but the price was know before booking, that is the rules of Booking.com I guaranty that the price was te same, so I don't understand Your comments. Hospitality is Our Passion, but everyone can have own opinion and we have to accept it, but we can don't agree with it. Best Regards: Jacek Niechajczyk GM hotel PROTEA***
