Sort of nice, but nothing special. Have you seen one you have seen this one too. Located in an old house, all sorts of food, greens and flowers, cheap plastics. Nah, nothing to write home about.

Thank Luke S

A fabulous place just a moment from the oldest part of town! Fresh fruit & veg, sweets, flowers and butcher’s downstairs and quirky old fashioned shops upstairs. And you absolutely need to try Ligol, the best apples in the world!

This market lies within a huge old building and is ten minutes leasurely walk from the main square. The market has a wide variety of fruit and vegetable stalls and a few nick nack, meat and sweet stalls. At the rear are a variety of flower stalls making impressive bouquets. It's worth a browse if you're passing and need groceries.

My father worked there on the first floor in the '60s, when there were many clothing shops and you could order a suit.

Now is vegetable, meat and food market, open all week except Sundays and holidays.

When you are in Wroclaw, visit Hala Targowa. It's situated on your way to Ostrow Tumski and if you continue to go along the river passing Hala Targowa on its left you will be close to National Museum and Panorama Raclawicka in 10-15 minutes by foot.

Worth a visit just to see the structure but is also worth visiting for the market itself as there are fruit and vegetables, flowers, meat and other shops there.
It also has a delightful tea and coffee shop which is one of the highlights of Wroclaw. Certainly a must see on any visit to this wonderful city.
