Recently visited Poznan with work colleagues. Had been booked for a couple of months, but the recent bad weather in Scotland meant that our trip was in severe jeopardy, as flights in and out of Scotland were all being cancelled. I cancelled our original hotel booking the day before travelling (free cancellation) as a precaution.
Fortunately, our flight on the Friday was one of the very few that departed Scotland, albeit from a different airport in the end. It left us looking for a hotel at the last minute before we flew out Poznan. Fortunately the Don Prestige was available for the night we were arriving.
I notified the hotel of our late arrival prior to departing UK and they already had everything ready for a quick check-in when we arrived. Twin rooms were a little small, but adequate enough for all the time you spend in them. Very nice bathroom and good shower. Small buffet breakfast was included in the price as well, so value wise, it was a good choice. You are only a short walk from the Old Town Square as well.
This was a good choice of hotel for a last minute reservation and wouldn't have an issue staying again. We would normally choose a hotel with a pool though four our weekend trips, but if this wasn't a criteria, then you can't really go wrong with the Don Prestige.More
