Checkin was terrible, rooms were not prepared on time (checkin is on 16:00), women on reception was without any information (Our dialog: "Your room is not ready."; "Ok, when it will be ready?"; "I don't know...")
Room could be cleaner. One lamp was not working, etc. Nothing catastrophic, but you would expect better quality for 4-stars hotel.
Breakfast was really poor. On 8:00 almost everything was empty - some food was added later, when we were leaving.
Hotel has good position, if you want to attend Laslo Papp arena.

‌Horrible hotel. In terms of cleanness it made me almost vomit, they don't clean the wc of the room. The toilet wasn't clean on the day i checked in and was the same when I check out. Also there was some hair on the tub. I warned about this in the reception, they went in the room to take some pictures and said that would clean the next day. Didn't happen. They just go in the room and make the beds. That's it. This shouldn't be a 4stars hotel, not even 3, I would prefer them having worst facilities, but a clean room. But this just isn't the case. Even though I warned in the reception. They just don't care. 
Also the breakfast is the cheapest. They did a pancake with chocolat powder? And the juice was horrible. In short avoid.
For me is not normal to pay a hotel and have a wc this disgusting.

This hotel is near a Metro station so even if the surroundings are not nice, it isn't difficult to get downtown. We came as a large group and the hotel bar was a disappointment. They had to get beers from another place and did not have enough glasses for everyone. The rooms were mostly nice but the WIFI signal in them was poor. Many from the group had something broken or had difficult sleeping because of the noise from the street. The hotel is clean and beds made up every day. The thing that was the worst was the breakfast. The area you eat in is decorated in very poor taste (inapropriate pictures) and the food isn't very good. The staff is quite unprofessional (being half naked in the kitchen and touching the food with bare fingers).
