We just stayed for one Saturday night. The staff were really friendly, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.
The location is also really good for a night out. The Szimpla Kert ruin bar area is literally 100 meters away which is good for an enjoyable drink and the street food place is just next door.
Also it is a short walk to the Synagogue which is the largest in Europe and I can highly recommend going on a guided tour which is free once you are inside. A few minutes further away is the Basilica, the main shopping area and the beautiful Danube. And whilst you are there why not cross the Chain bridge and walk up an explore the area around the Royal Palace or go to the Market Place on the "Buda" side of the Danube.
Also the hotel runs their own social events. The night we were there guests were invited to a free wine tasting session in the lobby which seemed to go down very well.More
