This is one the best hostels I have ever stayed at, and I have been to a few.
I stayed in a 10 person female dorm which can often be quite noisy, but it was fantastic. The female dorms have a separate entry from the lobby to the rest of the rooms too if that is something that makes you feel better about the hostel experience.
The rooms were large, well designed and modern. Each bed was like a cubicle with a curtain for privacy, easy access to a power outlet and a towel hook. Each person was also assigned a large locker that you could put your own padlock on. And I still felt very safe leaving items like shoes and clothes out if I left the room.
The bathrooms were a bit messy/gross, but that was more because 20 girls were sharing it. As they were quite clean in the afternoon after they had been cleaned (and thats when I would try and take a shower).
The reception staff were all excellent. Specifically Kisanna who checked me in very late, she was super helpful with recommendations for Budapest and was a very welcoming face after a delayed flight.
To get to and from the hostel, they can arrange a shuttle bus. However, there is a 100 bus from the airport that costs 900HUF and is a 5min walk from the stop to the hostel.

If you are a solo traveller like me, I cannot recommend this place enough. I felt incredibly safe the whole time. Everyone was so friendly, and the hostel has a lot of activities that help you meet others. I took part in the wine tasting and was then convinced to go on the pub crawl. GO ON THE PUB CRAWL! It was a lot of fun whether you drink or not, and is well worth it.
Food in Budapest is excellent, and this hostel is right next to Karavan street food, which I cannot recommend enough. It is easy to walk to all the attractions from here too. I was offered to purchase a Budapest transport card, but I just walked everywhere instead. Nothing was more than 30min walk.More
