Prompt communication when booking room and airport transfer which worked well for me. . On arrival quick check in and my private room en suite (204)was clean, spacious, comfy double bed and good facilities, although ask for a room that is not next to the road if you are a light sleeper as people coming out of nearby bars were a bit noisy ( not the fault of the Lodge) Dory was especially helpful and friendly and as an older woman travelling on my own (Nanda) she kept her eye out for me to make sure I was Ok. The Lodge has left luggage,quick wi.fi, computers to use to print boarding pass,a shared kitchen to cook food and free tea and coffee. lots of information and staff were able to help with questions in good English. The location was near to bars, places to eat and public transport. There is an affiliated Restaurant next door (Fat Mama) where you get a discount for breakfast which was always great. They also have live music.My evening meal was delicious. Really handy if you come back tired from sightseing and dont want to go far to eat. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone visiting Budapest.More
