The hotel is clean, organised and the service is friendly and helpful The included breakfast is really great (I was expecting way less for the price), including waffles, different breads, oatmeal etc. Bedrooms (except the attic one, which I had to change from, since I found it too small and with no enough lightning) are ample and the location of the hotel is good. It's not actually in the center I'd say, but Vilnius is small so a walk to the center is like 10 minutes.
2 double rooms booked. One wss perfect whilst the other badly needed prof.housekeeping; broken desk drawer handle, broken inner security catch, damaged french balcony door lock, noisy minibar fridge (had to unplug it to sleep) , stained mattres, poor fitted bottom sheets, cobwebs in corners and what was really a large single room with a double bed (no room for two nightstands and odd head board.
However, quick, efficient check-in & out, plenty of street parking, very good wifi and excellent breakfast.
I was too tired after my week to try to sort out issues when we arrived and our bed turned out to be two single beds connected instead of one large bed. I would say the sauna was great, the room was clean, and the place was overall spotless, hence despite the bed situation, I still gave it 4 points. Also, the breakfast fairly good.
Place was clean and ok, rooms and hotel pretty large. Services were quite non existent for a hotel this size. Every single time i went to use my keycard it had wiped itself out, I ended up asking reception to reprogram the card every time I came back to the hotel, just in case.

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet. Easy to get to city centre. Nice breakfast. Good value hotel. Good base to explore Vilnius and surrounding area. Bus stop just 5 mins away for 1 Euro 15 min journey to airport.
I booked the hotel for my parents, so I can't share any forst-hand experience, but they loved everything about their stay: the room, the breakfast, the pool and - most importantly - the wonderful hotel staff.
The location is also great, don't be afraid that the hotel seems a bit far from the historical centre - it's definitely within walking distance, two 60-year-olds had no problem walking ther on foot.
