This place is opposite the ferry terminal and the ferries arrive frequently. Luckily with the windows closed you didn't hear too much noise but if booking would ask for a room on the side away from the port. Clean and neat with quite a good breakfast but the evening meal was not the best I have had on half board. The lift worked, the staff were pleasant and helpful, wifi free and reception good, easy to walk into the old town avoiding major roads. The breakfast room got crowded at peak times in the morning but the buffet choice was quite extensive compared to other hotels I used in the region.

Room Tip: Ask for room away from ferry terminal

Easy to find, not far from the ferry terminals. About 15 min walk to the old town, but pleasant enough when the weather is nice. _Far enough away to avoid city centre noises. Nice room. The breakfast room (reception area) is however too small to seat residents when the hotel is full- the only minus point. We will use again.

Room Tip: Be ready for lots of walking. A free bus leaves from near the hotel to a shopping centre and Tallinn...

Hotel is clean, neat and tidy. There is nothing actually pulling this hotel down.. However there is not a lot pulling up either, so I guess all in all quite average.

Breakfast is basic with breadrolls and toast, meat and cheese and what else one would need. There is warm food and eggs (4 minutes ones are probably never cooled after boiling as they are rock hard every day at 7am.). Coffee from machine is quite excellent and strong. Nothing "extra" to write home about but for the price it is absolutely more than good enough.

Bedsheets are not changed unless you ask for it. However upon request is carried out immediately. :-)

Situated slightly too far away from Old Town to be a tourist hotel. Somewhat noisy upon arrival of ferries... but really not bad enough to be really annoying.

Well.. one thing. . Staff seems tired and stressed. Only rarely did we encounter smiles and only after we worked hard on our own smiles and tried to make their day a little better... This could definately improve.

All in all.. A good hotel for the money. Perfect for the quick stopover and comfortable enough for a few days.

Very disappointing hotel. Room was small and pokey. Small bathroom and toilet though clean had unpleasant drain smell!
Hotel approx 15 min walk from old town. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. For an overnight stop before a ferry it would be very convenient. Otherwise would look elsewhere.

We where a group of 6 persons.I wrote several mails to the hotel changing dates, rooms, beds and they always replied very quickly with very kind manners.
I ordered 6 sallads to eat in the bar as we would have had a very late arrival and all restaurants where closed. Unfortunately they forgot about it, but the girl in the reception helped us calling several restaurants in the neighbour . In the end we had to go buy some food at Rimi's down the street, when we came back she let us eat in the breakfast room using tables, napkins and silverware. They also sell water and beer in the reception after the bar has closed.
The rooms (triples) where very large, luminous and comfortable.
This hotel is located next to the D-Terminal and if you think this is to far out you're wrong, because the local Bus number 2 coming direct from the Airport stops in front of the hotel (20min ride)
You have ca 1,5km to get to the Old town by foot, so actually it is very near. It is also very quiet and peaceful. In the neighbourhood you can visit Linnahall, very interesting. And behind this huge monument you will find the Terminal of Linda Line (not very good signs, so pay attention).
