Nice little place by the Navy Monument, across from the Archives. We first discovered Paul in Paris... where they have large restaurants and smaller locations, like at train stations. This DC Paul is a blend, quaint interior, a decent selection of sandwiches including Croque, but the pastries are so good. It was hot inside the day we visited, but the breeze on the patio and the views were a nice compliment to a good sandwich, and GREAT eclairs and macarons.
