It's not often I'm that compelled to leave a review; however, this place more than deserves the five stars and the corresponding review.
From the moment your dining experience begins, you're brought a delicious popover they're so confident in, they give you the recipe for a try later. Side note: the accompanying butter is to die for!
For our entree, we ordered the 14oz Wagyu Strip(medium rare plus), the truffle mash, and the roasted corn. When we go most places, we don't often finish our steak, because after so many bites, the steak becomes "meh".
We had three sauces come on the side(could have been as many as you want): Bernaise, Chimichuri, and Peppercorn. Honestly, none of them are needed! The flavor of the meat is just that damn good!! That being said, they were all done really well.
It goes without saying that we both crushed our food and would come back again. Our server, Scott, was fantastic and even his management were attentive and very engaging in our dining experience.
I'd also highly recommend the peanut-butter chocolate mousse with banana ice cream -very unique flavor set!!!
