Five stars compared to other Hampton Inns. Clean rooms and grounds. Good breakfast for free. Right by exit. Nice staff. All in all maybe the nicest Hampton Inn I've been to. Better gym than the others as well. Well done.More

This property doesnt appear very old, but it is already being completely updated. Our room looked like a brand new hotel.
We found it to be very quiet, even though it is right off of the freeway. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
I would stay here again if in the area.

When we arrived, the bathroom was only partially clean (counter was not cleaned, though you'd think that would be the first/last thing addressed?). There was moisture damage at base of the door and walls. Keycard sensor at side entrance wasn't working. Waffle iron at the edge of the counter fell and we were blamed for it, though it was heavy and the counter was slippery (staff argued that it was our fault!). I suggested she put rubber feet on it; she kept arguing; my wife and I left completely embarrassed; and the next day, it was fixed as suggested! NOT a good experience, at all.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past and always return when visiting Southern California. The hotel is one of the best Hampton Inns. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The included buffet breakfast offers a wide selection and is well maintained by the staff. The hotel has a nice exercise room, business center, and outdoor pool. Jace and David at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed the free cookies in the afternoon. If you want the ultimate customer service and a family feel; it’s this hotel!!!! Jeff and David make you feel like family EVERY-TIME we visit. Last year we stayed over 40 days and had our daughters Bridal shower there!!! AMAZING doesn’t accurately describe how great the staff is there!!! Rooms always impeccable!!! Just perfect!!!

Little things can make a big impression. The bathroom tub had a non-slip surface, magnets on the shower curtain kept the curtain in place and the floor dry, a towel hook right next to the tub/shower put the bath towel in easy reach, and the water pressure and hot water supply were great. The bathroom counter was a generous size and the the room, with two queen beds, was pleasant and a good size. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a broad variety of items on offer and was one of the nicest we've encountered.
Our room had no noticeable traffic noise but we were on the side away from the freeway. The only criticism we would make is that the in-room refrigerator was noisy enough to bother us when we were trying to sleep; we ended up unplugging it for the duration of the night.
We only stayed one night so we can't speak to what kind of housekeeping services are offered for a longer stay.
The room charge was very competitive for the area and makes the hotel a much better value than some neighboring ones of similar quality. (We've stayed at a few.)
The hotel has posted a notice that renovations will be taking place November 1 through April 30. We hope it offers the same value and quality when the renovations are done.
