Very tired. Desperate new of a remodel. Don't let the beautiful exterior fool you. I wouldn't let my daughter sit on filthy couch. Very rundown. Bathrooms are dark and dank. Carpets are not clean. Bed is comfortable and pillow selection is also good.

Stayed in this hotel less than a week ago. The room was very spacious and well appointed, equipped with a kitchen with an electric stove and microwave. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows to match.
Breakfast was great as there was a generous assortment of food. A pool with a jacuzzi and an outdoor grill are some of the amenities one can enjoy.
But what really made a difference in our experience was the presence of Zipporah in the front desk. She was very approachable and sincere in seeing to it that our stay was a memorable and enjoyable one, checking on us every so often, which really exceeded our expectations. Simply a natural! Kelsey likewise was very warm and friendly and assisted us in our needs.
Finally, Daisy of housekeeping was very dedicated to her work and always set the mood for a great morning with a constant smile on her face each time we bumped into her.
Will we come back? Most definitely! Overall, on a scale from one to ten, this one’s an eleven, no question about it. If anyone’s looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the great service and most of all, the great memories.

Great location as it is close to Zuma beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and accessibility of barbeque. Coffee in lobby is always there when I need a refill and very good. Next time I'm in the area I'll have to check out more of the area.

The room was clean. The kitchen had a clean stove and refrigerator and coffee and tea. The place is next to a Trader Joe food store so food shopping and cooking is an option. The gardens were stunning with roses of many colors along the paths. The pool area was inviting. The dining room had great selections and the staff at the front desk (especially Henry) was friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service, great hotel all rooms have a full kitchen, microwave and stove top. Some of the rooms have a separate bathroom and a separate bedroom, which is great if one gets up before the other. Staff was very friendly and customer oriented.
