On a quick business trip. It was a very underwhelming experience. The hotel is laid out with long corridors... I was luck to be assigned on of the last rooms with the lounge on the other extreme... The bar tender was kind and nice but the bar was empty even with the hotel being full!!! Good free parking though!

I just wanted to say how great the stay this past weekend was. From helping with unique requests to taking care of the little details, the stay was perfect. The staff from the manager Gilbert and so on, were so friendly and helpful!

I was in town visiting family. After a long day of traveling from the east coast, check in went speedy. I was in my room in no time. The front desk agents were always cordial and polite in each encounter I had with them over the 6 nights I spent at the hotel.
I ate breakfast in the restaurant one morning and tried something off the menu. (The buffet option looked good, just didn't have the appetitie to eat that much variety). The breakfast food came out hot and tasted great. I also had room service 2 of the nights. Both times, food was delicious and came up in a timely matter. All the food and beverage employees were just so polite and nice.
Lastly, I love the idea of earning a food credit or extra points to help with the eco-friendly choices you have.

I had a quick business trip in the area. My room was ready when I arrived and the staff was very helpful at check-in. The room was a bit smaller than some of the newer properties that I have visited and the hard furniture is showing some wear and tear. Nice amenities included Starbucks coffee pods and thick towels. Plenty of drawer and closet space, as well as a very comfortable armchair for TV watching. Excellent bed and bedding!! I slept better than at almost any hotel that I've stayed at recently. Usually spend about 40 or 50 nights per year at hotels due to business travel. The next time I travel to the area, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Came to the area to run the Malibu Half Marathon. Hotel was fairly convenient to the race and to the 101. Lots of CalFire firemen staying here at the same time to fight and mop-up recent fires--all of them were so polite to us. Overall, excellent stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable; probably one of the best I have ever slept in--who knew? Very clean rooms, and appreciated the hotel registration person allowing us to stay 30 min. past check-out so that we could shower after returning from the race. It really helped--thank you! Bar area could use a little updating, but staff service all around was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
