Stayed 4 nights. Most inhospitable invisible management! Check in was nice. Front desk said thank you for being a Diamond member, said if we need anything, let them know, said, just call if we need late check out.
Pros:
Nice front desk staff
Clean room, first night only though
Full size hairdryer, but handle is sticky
Plenty of pillows and towels
Cons:
Front desk staff tied down by apparently stingy management
Beds hard as a rock
Housecleaning will NOT make beds, even when requested (see problem with management)
Late check out is first-come, first served (see problem with front desk staff/management)
Second day of a 4-night stay: no clean towels or emptied trash cans. Asked about room cleaning, they said they will NOT make the beds or change the sheets. Had same sheets for the 4 night stay.
When returning, I asked for bottled water, which every Hilton has given me. NOT this one; they looked to see I get extra points, so they said nope.
No to-go breakfasts that usually have bottled water, either.
Walls are thin. Had to call the front desk at 11:30PM to get run next door to turn down music.
Ceiling dripping woke us up on third night.
Morning of 4th night, called for late check out--remember, we were told we could just call down--front desk said NO--too many people already granted late check out.
Went to front desk for receipts and trolley. Couldn't find the three night stay. All the trolleys were gone at 11 AM, can't get late checkout. Have three weeks of luggage to carry out. . .. But it gets better-- lots of people are trying to leave, so they mop the floor and put up wet floor signs in front of the doors. At this point, I asked the front desk if they had any ideas about how to solve the problem. "Sorry" was their response.
To top it all off, checkout email says, if you need anything, just stop by the front desk.
