The first thing I experienced was the most impersonal greeting you can receive. "Can I help you?" Second only to hearing a "yes sir." NO warm greeting. Nope, nothing. (and this person had manager on her nametag!) Well, fine... I am slowly getting over the absence of a warm greeting from restaurant establishments more and more these days. It seems the simple word, "hello" is not something required anymore. Secondly, the sandwich I ordered had no cabbage. Why is this wrong? Well, considering how much this restaurant charges, and to add insult to injury, the extremely small portions they give us, one would think the cabbage would be there. She says, "we ran out." Well, in my small brain, the cabbage is factored into the price of the sandwich, right? Nevertheless, I ordered bagels as well. Can you believe she used a box that was not sturdy on the bottom, so she takes stickers and patches the bottom in the hopes the bagels will not fall through. Thankfully, one of the stickers held up because the other unpeeled before I got into the house. Anyways, 31.00 for my lunch and what really ticked me off? When she handed me my change she just walked away. No "thank you" or kiss my tuchas, nothing! I will not go here again. I can overlook most things, but I work hard for my money and more and more it appears many establishments are taking us for granted. Very sad!
