Just got back from a family vacation, it was an amazing experience. Everyone friendly, super attentive and they followed all Covid protocols which is a plus. They served delicious meals and we are happy they accommodated us with our dietary restrictions and also meals for our little ones. Our rooms were clean and we had a beatiful view. My three year old had an amazing time walking the hills, riding horses, running around the compound. Thanks to the entire staff for their excellent customer service.

Covid has sure kept us locked up but in belize our Jewel we have soooo much places to visit. And so we chose this piece of paradise Crystal Paradise Resort, such a tranquil, relaxing place that only nature make u fall in love over and over. Despite virtual class, rainy afternoons we surely enjoyed our experience, from breakfast, lunch and dinner all were tasty ofcourse all Belizean cuisine and how can we not enjoy the smiles every time we got a serving was awesome making us not want to leave. We enjoyed the horseback riding, and also the quiet afternoons of chats at our porch/varandah and also the bird that came to visit. We spent 4days in truly paradise and looking forward to go back. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the great food.

So if u looking for a place to relax this is definitely a todo u won't regret.

This was the third time we visited Chrystal Paradise Resort and again it was a very pleasant experience, Rooms are clean, comfortable and air conditioned (The unique towel arrangements a nice touch!). The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. It is a family owned business that makes you feel part of their family by sharing breakfast and dinner with members of their family and yours. Carolina is a great cook for Belizean cuisine, she even took the time to show me how to make her delicious tortillas in her kitchen.
Through our trips we did most of the guided trips they have most when we brought our family, fabulous memories they always keep. Trips are to what you want to adventure in this fabulous country. Trips were always well planned and delivered, from the hotel they have their own transportation to the trips and they make it very easy that if you are not at their hotel, they can pick you up for any of the trips. Trips are done with the personal touch, what you really want to see and get out of it.
In summary, an affordable and very comfortable place to stay, with very friendly, professional staff. Great to bring your family and friends!

Room tip: Front rooms have A/c, not sure if all but they are all very confortalble

I just returned from a solo trip to Belize birding with Paradise Expeditions and it was fabulous! The hotel was perfect for the cause, with lots of birds on the grounds itself. Carlita is a great chef and made diverse and delicious meals, and Don Victor was always ready with a smile and an anecdote. My birding guide was Jonathan Urbina who is a total bird genius--he readily identifies calls, locks on to a bird's location and more often than not, finds it! I saw way more with him than I ever could have on my own (182 species!) and he was excellent company to boot. The trip to Caracol was unlike any other trip to an archaological site I've been to, as it was way in the jungle and not overrun with tourists. All in all, if you're passionate about birds you can't go wrong birding with Paradise Expeditions at Crystal Paradise!

We had an amazing week at Crystal Paradise! The grounds were beautiful, warm staff and a clean & comfortable room. Carolita made THE BEST food and was very accommodating of dietary needs. Edgar was our guide for nearly every tour - he was so friendly and knowledgeable! Could not have asked for a better trip.
