We booked a premium room with a king bed. Room was small we seen a suite and will book that next time. No Continental breakfast had a coffee maker but staff didn't make the coffee If you deceied to brew some don't leave or when you get back other gest or staff may drink it and you got to brew another one. would stay again the room was clean but will get the suite.
Hotel D' Victoria fascinated me the first visit i made to conduct interviews for two vacancies that our business had. I loved the hotel it was nice and clean, very comfortable, had a snack shop which was impressive to me and a very good hospitality service.
On my return i booked my room and after having paid was notified there is no wifi inthe rooms which was a no no for me since i work on the go. This was a problem for me however i had already paid and there was no refund so i ended up staying.
The airline booked and paid for the hotel for about 30 people due to the storm. This is about an hour from the Belize airport. The hotel accommodated everyone and were ready when the bus arrived. The staff was very nice. They also had food catered in for everyone arriving. The rooms are dated but had air conditioning and cable TV. Our room was clean with a double bed. Very friendly staff. They had wifi in the lobby and breakfast area. There are a lot of chickens and dogs that will keep you entertained through out the evening with their barking and crowing.
We stayed one night, the room was very clean, bed was very comfy. Television, a/c, fan, hot water. Nice, clean pool. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. No restaraunt on location, gas station across the street. Parking immediately in front of office. Internet available, but we were on the second floor where it didn't work.
Our experience was really good, booked over phone while in country, no deposit, showed up, obtained room, after a hour we figured out air wasn't working went to front desk they didn't hesitate, gave us another upgraded room, that was super clean, quiet, safe everthing a traveler could ask for.
Ps. The pool, clean and really nice, ambient heating but what the heck was good
