We weren't sure what to expect from the hotel. The reservation process online was very satisfactory and our agent was attentive and accommodating. When we arrived we felt well cared for. Our room was comfortable (bed quite firm) and we enjoyed our little balcony overlooking the trees and grounds. There were plentiful birds. There is a breakfast cafe on site and the food was served quickly and was very tasty. Coffee & tea available 24 hrs/day. We recommend it.
Excellent service, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. The entire process was smooth, from the time we made our reservation to greeting us by name at checkin. When in the Orange Walk area, stay at Hotel DeLaFuente.
The Hotel de la Fuente is in an excellent location with a restaurant on site,and great service. We were welcomed with complimentary drink tickets at thier sister property Maracas which is beautifully situated on a river. All of our needs were taken care of by the friendly and accommodating.staff. Gabriel was attentive to our every need and also gave us great information on places to eat and see. We needed to make some travel plans to other parts of Belieze and were helped immensely by Bridget who is a tropic air agent on site. Both Gabriel and Bridget were professional and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend this place if you visit Orange Walk Town.

My staff and I were here on the 22nd of February . We came to Orange Walk for a staff retreat. The rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable . The staff was so helpful and kind. I nice young man checked us in and , checking in all 9 of us took like 15 mins ! They answered all our questions and we got yummy doughnuts and a welcome drink .
I had to leave very early the next morning and the employee on duty made sure that I got to the bus station safely and on time . I really appreciate him.
I will definitely be back with my friends and family . Thank you very much Hotel De la Fuente ! The customer service art is being lost in Belize but, you guys are awesome! Keep it up. I will recommend you to everyone !!!
