we ( Me and My Family ) stayed here for Night at the end of Decembre, the Riad is very traditional from the outside but inside, we were amazingly looked after by friendly staff who all went way beyond the call of duty, and we would definitely come back , Breakfast was simply delicious, with a nice selection of bread, pancakes, pastries, fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese, and the possibility to order extra eggs, yoghurt, etc.

Quite simply, the Riad Raouia was the best thing about our stay in Fez. We couldn't have had a nicer stay in Morocco than at Riad Raouia.

we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is intending to stay in Fez.

Beautiful and comfortable Riad, with all services and facilities working as described, including washing of 2 shirts! Very professional staff and owner. Lovely breakfast. English TV in room. Easy to find (signposted from main highway). Great location for airport. parking no problem.

This is a beautiful riad located in a quiet area 10-15 minutes by car from the Medina, ran by the very nice Fatima and her family.
When we arrived there was a problem with the reservation but Fatima compensate it beautifully.
She speaks Spanish very well and she is and excellent cook, she prepared an amazing dinner for us, and she was also our guide for the next day.
We booked a standard room, decoration was fantastic, very attention detailed, so nice furniture, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very beautiful (the only thing to fix would be the shower, as it didn't work very well).

Breakfast was very good too, served in a beautiful Moroccan style living room decorated with delicate mosaics.

All the people working there were very nice. Many thanks!

We've stayed at 3 different riads during our trip, all highly recommended by Booking.com and TripAdvisor, and this one was by far the best one. The Riad is a beautiful house, both outside and inside. Fatima, owner and host, was amazing in our welcome and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was quiet and very comfortable. Being away from the medina, there was free and convenient parking (although you'll need a ride to the medina if you don't have a car). Wifi and breakfast included. Excellent value.

This is a modern guest house beautifully decorated and furnished to demonstrate Arabic,Berber and Andalus styles, the 3 intercommunicating reception rooms show this to perfection. The rooms are good and comfortable. Breakfasts tasty and plentiful, we thought the cost of evening meals a bit high.
No alcohol served but there is no veto on bringing your own purchases in.
Fatima the owner , is a famed guide and there is little she does not know about Fes, she also leads desert ,under the stars visits.
The Riad is out of the main town area located in a quiet cul de sac, the best way to see Fes is to book Fatima and her driver Mohammed for a day- or more should you wish to visit more outlying monuments such as Volubis

Room tip: The first floor with 4/5 rooms round a separate central sitting area is a good choice.
