The building in itself and the grounds of the hotel are very nice but when you walk in your room, you realized this is an old hotel and need some updating.
The food was good, the location was great as we could walk to some very busy streets with markets and restaurants nearby.

I didn’t choose this hotel as it was selected by our tour company, but I think you could do better in Fes. It’s in dire need of an update. Furnishings are thread bare and overall look is tired. Air conditioning wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working and continental breakfast was barely edible. Pool is lovely, staff attempted to be helpful.

A nice hotel located on a very beautiful boulevard in the European part of the town. The security was very good. The room was big with two queen beds and a nice view to the pool and garden. The food was good and it was a buffet also in the morning and in the evening. The stuff was very kind...only minus was the poor internet.

ROYAL MIRAGE of Fes is an excellent hotel, deserving more than its 4 stars official classification. I spent there (with my wife) - in March 2018 - 2 unforgettable nights, during an interesting 10 days journey through Marocco...
First of all, this hotel has a good, central and safe location. Its lounge staff was generally polyglotte, kind, polite and …. efficient.
Secondly, the hotel’s room was nice, good furnished and enough roomy, being maintained properly, and with almost everything in good working order.
Thirdly, the hotel’s restaurant offered enough diversified and tasty meals... Service was prompt and efficient, provided by motivated smiling personnel…
Some corrective actions are however needed:
1.The process of filling at lounge, by each person (before being accepted as hotel customer!!), of compulsory complex paper forms could be supressed or largely shortened/ facilitated (by appropriate measures)...
2.The restaurant should offer, every time, the famous maroccon meals COUS-COUS and MECHOUI….
3.Building an indoor swimming pool - which is usefull and necessary when the outdoor swimming pool can not be used because the air temperature is too low (my case)

Room Tip: Ask for specific maroccon specialities COUS-COUS, MECHOUI and THE-A-LA-MENTHE..
