We are 11 friends that were in Fes for 3 nights and Hicham was an excellent host! Riad Saada is gorgeous and we had a lovely breakfast every morning! He arranged for us to have a walking guide through the medina, helped organize Haman trips and was extremely accommodating with hookah, food requests and even was able to help with laundry service. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for such a large group. Thank you Hicham for a wonderful stay!

Room Tip: Great for families, and friends traveling together that do not mind sharing bathrooms.

Riad Saada represents to me the most wonderful surprise in Fes.
The reception was amazing. Our friend Hicham made us fell like if we were at home. He organized a special dinner for us at the Riad and the food was amazing, thank you to the wonderful ladies from the kitchen.
We started to play with the instruments and listened to some music and Hicham joined us and celebrated with us.
Hicham was always very friendly, told us about the history of Fes, organized an amazing tour for us to visit the city with an official guide and, at the end of the day, was waiting for us at the Riad with a smile on his face.
I completely recommend this place for anyone that wants a good location, good price and relaxing after all the street from the streets of Fes.

The riad is so beautiful. Once you step inside the riad, you feel like you are in a different world. Hicham picked us up outside the medina and brought us to the riad. Its around 10mins walk to the riad so be prepared to walk up a hill and through small alleyways. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. The whole riad is big and can fit large group. A good stay for my whole family.

I stayed here for a week in February. We arrived rather late at night, but Hicham arranged a transfer from the airport and led us to the riad through the medina (wildly confusing for the first couple of days - getting a bit lost in the medina is a great experience!) Stepping through the door for the first time was great, you see an amazingly beautiful central courtyardy room, and there are loads of other rooms to explore. Safia and Fatiha, the other staff, did a beautiful job: each day everything was like new again, and every morning they served what I think might be the most delicious breakfast I've ever had. (The orange juice and pancakes in particular were brilliant.)

Hicham arranged a couple of trips for us - to Volubilis and Meknes, and around the Middle Atlas - making things really easy. I'd have been completely lost in working out how to do these trips by myself, and you should not miss Volubilis in particular. Morocco is a great place for vues panoramiques in general. Hicham was also a great guide when we were doing general touristy things; he can tell you how much you were ripped off by a street salesperson ;)

I have only one small criticism, and that's the hot water, which was patchy - I think there was always a time during the day when the hot water flowed freely, but it wasn't always predictable what that time would be. (Adds a touch of spice to the morning.)

I already want to go back to Morocco, and I think Riad Saada was the perfect place to do it in.
